TrueMaxor Terms of Service
Welcome to TrueMaxor, operating under the domain TrueMaxor.click, a provider of True-value micro-services. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
TrueMaxor offers personalized micro-services designed to meet specific client needs. All service details, scope, and deliverables are outlined at the time of purchase.
Scheduling and Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule any booked session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduled services will be moved to a mutually agreed time at no extra fee.
Refunds for Services: Unless otherwise stated, prepaid services may be refunded in full if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Services explicitly marked as non-refundable at purchase (due to customization or resource allocation) are not eligible for refunds, as those resources cannot be reallocated.
2. Information Products
Information products include digital courses, guides, and tutorials delivered electronically after purchase.
Access and Delivery: Upon payment confirmation, customers receive immediate access to digital materials.
Refunds for Information Products: Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided that no more than 10% of the total content has been accessed and no support inquiries have been submitted. To request a refund, contact our support team via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. After 7 days or if content consumption exceeds the threshold, all sales are final.
3. Goods
Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Returns: Customers have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
4. Extended Refund Policy
TrueMaxor is committed to customer satisfaction. All refund requests follow these guidelines:
- Verification: Purchase details and usage history will be reviewed for each request.
- Method: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
- Timeline: Processing typically takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on region and method.
